Come into my studio for a private training session without the distractions and intimidation of a larger gym. I will begin by doing a full lifestyle, health and fitness assessment. I will then design a fitness regimen based on your individual fitness level, medical history, needs, and goals.
Using a variety of equipment and techniques you are sure to stay motivated and excited about your workouts.
1 on 2
One on two personal fitness training makes it possible for you and a friend, or other compatible partner, to work toward similar goals under the guidance of one personal trainer. The objective is to encourage you to exercise properly and achieve your goals with the support of a partner. Your shared training sessions will be fun and motivational, and your results will be inspiring.
Choosing the right partner is key. Make sure you choose a workout partner who shares your same goals.
Small Group
Designed for those seeking an intense workout among friends. This training session is designed for 3-4 individuals.
60 minutes of resistance, endurance, and power training, guided and individualized by a certified personal trainer.
Yoga Classes
There are currently 2 Yoga Classes being offered at the Studio:
Vinyasa Yoga:
I will take you on an invigorating journey as we move through a series of poses and movements that form a flowing sequence in conjunction with breath. Expect to sweat in this class.
Restorative Yoga:
This class begins with a series of poses that warm and work the body. We transition into longer holds in poses and culminate with a 10 minute Savasana where we prepare the body for sleep. This class is a real treat.
Sports Enhancement/
Triathlon Programs and Conditioning
Do you or your child have a specific sport or event that you are training for? Sports specific training can enhance overall performance by focusing on strength, endurance, and agility.
Knowing how to achieve an event goal can sometimes be intimidating. Together, we can create a program that will help you to excel in your next triathlon or other endurance competition.
Max Heart Rate Testing
Heart rate training is an essential tool for making big gains in cardiovascular conditioning and overall health, provided it is based on effective estimations of what is an appropriate intensity level per the athlete. We will do 2-3 different heart-rate max tests, so you can train exactly where you need to, in order for you to realize your goals.
Nutrition Consulting
No matter how great the workout, maximum gains are never made without proper nutrition. I can customize a nutrition plan for you based on your personal goals and will hold you accountable to it. Continuing education and monitoring/adjusting will also be provided during on-going personal training sessions.
